We will discuss which cat and home services you want performed and how many visits your cat(s) will need each day. In order to provide customized care for new clients, I will schedule an appointment at your home to meet with you and your cat(s).

To ensure availability, please call as soon as you know your plans. Depending upon seasonal demands and holiday periods, meeting with new clients can vary from one (1) week to several weeks in advance. I will need at least one hour of your time to become thoroughly acquainted with you and your cats. In this relaxed time frame, I will fill out a comprehensive and detailed information profile form to record the following:

  • Your cat(s) particular needs and routine
  • Food habits and restrictions
  • Medical history
  • the name and phone number of your veterinarian
  • Emergency contact numbers
  • your travel plans and flight itinerary

  • In addition I will complete a service agreement, which will include a veterinary release form, pickup two sets of house keys (one office backup copy) and collect a check or cash for payment of scheduled services. Clients have the option of leaving their keys on file for future reservations or emergency visits to ensure last minute arrangements can be made.

    ****Please make your reservations early as Kat Nanny Inc can only take a limited number of pets. With that being said, slots can fill up quickly for summer and holiday periods. We will do all we can to accommodate last-minute plans or emergencies but we cannot guarantee availability.
